SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods We ship via USPS to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delivery Time Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
Shipping Restrictions We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
